Conditions of participation in the competition “Marcel Dabo Stuttgart Surge Wallet” (hereinafter referred to as “competition”) on May 11, 2024.
Participation in the competition from Brunner & Kromer JUNAKii GbR, Dietrich-Bonhoeffer-Str. 17, 72829 Engstingen, hereinafter referred to as “JUNAKii”, is free of charge and is governed exclusively by these terms and conditions.

Natural persons residing in Germany, Austria and Switzerland who are at least 18 years old, hereinafter referred to as "participants", are eligible to participate. Participation is not restricted to JUNAKii customers and is not dependent on the purchase of a product or service.
Employees of JUNAKii and companies affiliated with JUNAKii and their family members are not eligible to participate in the competition.

The deadline for participation is May 13, 2024 at 11:59 p.m.
Prize: 1x unique JUNAKii Stuttgart Surge wallet with original signature by Marcel Dabo worth 150 euros.
The prerequisite for participation is that the data is entered by the participant themselves. Participation via a service provider who enters the data of its clients in competitions - so-called competition entry service - is not permitted. The winner agrees that his name and place of residence may be published by JUNAKii. We reserve the right to check the age of the winner. Legal recourse and cash payment are excluded.
Participation in the competition takes place via the JUNAKii Instagram page or the Instagram story of the JUNAKii account. The competition period runs from May 11th, 2024, 1:30 p.m. to May 13th, 2024, 11:59 p.m.
To take part in the competition, the user must have an Instagram account and be logged in. Multiple entries are not possible.
The competition is offered subject to availability. JUNAKii reserves the right to extend or shorten the competition without giving reasons. JUNAKii also reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition if there is suspicion of misuse, manipulation or criminal behavior. There is no legal right to participate in the competition. The prize will be drawn from all complete entries and is only available once in the stated number.
Sequence
Participants are asked to answer a question in JUNAKii's competition post, follow JUNAKii on Instagram and like the competition post. The winner will be selected from all complete entries and asked to provide their name and address via direct message or email.
The winner(s) will be notified by JUNAKii within 12 hours of the closing date via DM or email. In the event of an undeliverable notification, JUNAKii is not obliged to conduct further investigations and can select a new winner. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours of being notified of their win, JUNAKii is also entitled to select a new winner.
A transfer, exchange or payment of non-cash prizes is not possible. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize. Legal recourse is excluded. By participating in the competition, the participant accepts these conditions of participation. JUNAKii reserves the right to change these conditions of participation without prior notice or to cancel the competition without giving reasons if the proper conduct of the competition can no longer be guaranteed for technical, legal or other reasons. JUNAKii is entitled to exclude the participant if there is reasonable suspicion of a violation of the conditions of participation. There is no right to participate in or to conduct the competition.
Please note: The prize is not transferable. Legal recourse and cash payment are also excluded.

Notifications about the competition can be sent by email or direct message. If you provided a telephone number during registration, we reserve the right to notify you of your win by telephone.
The data provided will be automatically deleted after 4 weeks, unless consent has been given for continued processing, in particular for sending newsletters.
The processing of personal data collected as part of the competition is carried out for the implementation and processing of the competition on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 b GDPR.
Once the purpose has been achieved or after you revoke your consent, your data will be deleted immediately.
