All deliveries sent by JUNAKii are insured against theft and accidental damage.

    From December 16, 2024 to December 25, 2024 we offer DHL Express delivery free of charge for deliveries within Germany.

     

    • Import duties and fees

    For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties (import sales tax, customs duties) and fees (customs clearance) may apply.

    The VAT of the recipient country, import fees and customs are not included in the purchase price. These must be paid by the recipient upon receipt of the delivery.

    As a rule, these fees and charges are billed to the recipient by the shipping service provider or an authority.

    We are not responsible for these additional import duties and fees.

     

    • Please check your order directly upon delivery

     

     

    Please check immediately upon receipt of the delivery that your package has not been damaged during delivery. This check must be done immediately after receipt and in the presence of the carrier/courier. If the packaging of your package is damaged, please note the defects on the delivery note. You can also refuse to accept the package. The delivery note is an important document as proof of compensation from Junakii or the transport company (refund or exchange).

    • payment methods

    On junakii.com you can pay via PayPal, credit or debit card (American Express, Visa, Mastercard), Amazon Pay, Klarna invoice, Klarna installment purchase, Klarna immediate purchase, Klarna direct debit or advance payment.

     

    With credit or debit card

    All credit or debit card payments are processed through Shopify payments, a secure online payment processing system powered by Shopify that encrypts your card details in a secure hosting environment. To provide you with additional security when shopping on junakii.com, we use MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa. These services protect your account from unauthorized access while you shop with us. The system detects whether your credit card is registered in the 3D security programs Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode.

    With PayPal

    If you select the PayPal payment option, you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal website. If you already have a PayPal account, you can log in with your account information and confirm the payment. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can register and then make the payment. Refunds for returns will be transferred back to your PayPal account.

    With advance payment

    Please transfer the amount to the following account within the next 3 days . We will ship your order immediately after receipt of payment.

    Payment by invoice and financing

    In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options via Shopify payments. Payment is made to Klarna in each case:

    • Invoice: The payment period is 14 days from dispatch of the goods/ticket/or, in the case of other services, the provision of the service. The installment payment is due at the end of each month after Klarna sends a monthly invoice.
