We will repair your JUNAKii product free of charge for the first three years. Please keep your proof of purchase.
We will repair any product that has been damaged by natural wear and tear or has defects in materials or workmanship, including any structural defects (such as broken straps or zippers). Our warranty does not cover damage caused by airline baggage handling or other damage during transit. Other damage not covered includes damage caused by misuse, abuse, and cosmetic damage (such as scratched or soiled fabrics).
We will cover the shipping costs for you. You will receive a shipping label from us. Please do not send your product back to us freight collect.
