Your JUNAKii products are manufactured exclusively in Europe and under fair working conditions. This reduces the CO footprint and protects the environment. It is important to JUNAKii that both nature and people are treated fairly.

Yes, your JUNAKii products are mostly made from used clothing and car parts. Only the interior, zippers and some of the carrying straps are currently made from "new" material.

We source our materials exclusively from Germany.

Yes, every upcycled product from JUNAKii is indeed unique in the world. Just like you.

Some JUNAKii products are made from recycled surplus material (dead stock) from other companies. In this case, not every product may be unique, but they are very limited. We can only produce as long as there is surplus material available.

Yes, we will repair your JUNAKii product free of charge for the first three years. Please keep your proof of purchase.

We repair any product that has been damaged by natural
has been damaged due to wear and tear or has defects in materials or workmanship, including any structural defects (such as broken straps or zippers). Our warranty does not apply to damage caused by airline baggage handling or other damage during transit. Other damage not covered is damage caused by misuse and cosmetic damage (such as scratched or soiled fabrics).

Yes, you are welcome to send us your own operational clothing.

We can use it to make your own bag or other products. You can simply choose an item from our product range and we will combine it with your clothing.

There is no extra charge for this service. The prices in the online shop apply.

Please note that the clothes should be washed and production takes approximately 4-6 weeks.

Shipping & Delivery

This depends on which country you live in. All orders are dispatched the following working day. Please note that we do not ship on German public holidays or on weekends. Delivery times apply from the moment the shipment is handed over to the delivery service.

Within Germany we deliver within 2 to 4 days.

We generally ship free of charge.

For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties (import
sales tax, customs duties) and fees (customs clearance) may apply.

The VAT of the recipient country, import fees and customs are not
included in the purchase price. These must be paid by the recipient upon receipt of the delivery.

As a rule, these fees and charges are billed to the recipient by the shipping service provider or an authority.

We are not responsible for these additional import duties and fees.

Return

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your JUNAKii product, you can return it within 30 days of receipt.

We will cover the cost of return shipping for you. You will receive a return label from us. Please do not send your product back to us freight collect.

We thought long and hard about whether we should make returns free, as shipping is again at the expense of nature. But we assume that you will love your JUNAKii product and keep it.

Order & Payment

Yes, unfortunately this can happen for the following reasons:

1. Unfortunately, someone was mean enough to steal the product you wanted from your shopping cart. Every JUNAKii product is unique and is NOT reserved when it is added to your shopping cart. This means that someone else can still buy it.

2. You waited too long and our system automatically emptied your shopping cart after a longer period of time.

Unfortunately, we cannot reserve a JUNAKii product for you. The reason is that our products are always unique. If we were to reserve them, our shop would suddenly be empty. ;-)

We always send you an order confirmation by email. However, sometimes our email gets lost and is intercepted in the spam folder. Please take a quick look in your spam folder.
